Where to start. The room and grounds were stunningly beautiful. Room was large and the bath was as big as the room itself. Mood lighting. Extremely comfortable bed. So much attention to detail. If you might need it, it was there. Robes, slippers, sunscreen and aloe by the pool…. Attentive staff. Went to get a spa treatment. It was heaven. Pictures do not do justice to this place.

The hotel was very clean and had all of the amenities you could ask for, with onsite restaurant and bar. Staff was attentive and helpful, and the layout of the property was unique and amazing.

Very comfortable, clean, safe and the staff was absolutely lovely. It is a bit pricey when it comes to having breakfast there but it’s worth it! Just be prepared. Gorgeous view of Morelia from the balcony.

The decor, staff and attention to details. Beautifully decorated room, complimentary monogram slippers, magnifying/lighted make up mirror, toiletries etc. The staff turned our sheets every night and left goodies for us (chocolate plate on our first night, fruit candy and pillow spray the following night). Daily coffee , teas and cookies in the lobby in the morning and lemon/orange infused water in the afternoon. There is an Asian restaurant adjacent to the hotel with delicious food and a cafe directly across the street.

Everything was beautiful and clean. Most of the staff was very attentive and respectful. The Mansion Solis was gorgeous.

Everything is just perfect! Dinner was amazing. My Husband told our waiter that it was our 5 year wedding anniversary and he surprised us with a special dessert and a beautiful burning candle. When we went to the bar, my Husband asked the DJ to play our special song and He did. We danced it. It was just so perfect! Thank you! The spa is also beautiful and so relaxing. All the personnel is amazing! They made us feel so welcomed.
